By accessing or using the Flika Real Estate mobile application ("App"), website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Flika is a real estate platform that connects home buyers with licensed real estate agents. The Service allows users to browse MLS property listings, request property tours, sign digital agreements, view property videos, and communicate with agents. Flika does not itself act as a real estate broker or agent.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Property listings displayed in the App are sourced from Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and other third-party data providers. Flika does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing information. Users should independently verify all property details before making purchasing decisions.
Agents using the platform are independent licensed professionals. Flika does not employ agents and is not responsible for the actions, advice, or services provided by any agent. Any agreements between buyers and agents are between those parties.
Certain features may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Flika and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Flika a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, Stripe, DocuSign, and TikTok. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FLIKA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIKA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flika and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
